The 200GB G-DRIVE mini Triple Interface Portable Hard Drive from G-Technology is a high-capacity portable hard drive that features a rotation speed of 7200rpm, as well as FireWire-800, FireWire-400, and USB 2.0 connectivity.

The drive is housed in a durable titanium external casing that features a small and quiet fan for cooling. The drive features a portable design and form factor that will match your MacBook Pro perfectly. It features fanless cooling, and is perfectly suitable for Time Machine backups. It will also perform perfectly in imaging, video editing, or general storage applications.

• 200GB Capacity
200GB of capacity allows for storage of approximately 15 hours of uncompressed DV digital video, the equivalent of 42 4.7GB DVD video discs, or up to 50,000 MP3 files.
• SATA Drives
G-Technology exclusively uses SATA drives with 8MB cache in their enclosures, leaving no doubt that you will be receiving a quality drive.
• Triple Interface
The drive easily connects to any computer with a FireWire-800, FireWire-400, or USB 2.0 interface; this makes it easy to add to a variety of laptops. The G-DRIVE mini also draws power from the FireWire data bus, eliminating the need for an AC adapter for power.
• Hot-Swappable
The drive is hot-swappable and plug-and-play, so there is no need to turn off your computer while connecting or disconnecting it.
• Compact Size
The drive's 3.2 x 0.875 x 5" form factor makes it ideal for notebook computer users. It is a truly portable solution.
